Are You're Ready for Your Interview

Interviewing for a new job can be exciting, but it can also be nerve-wracking. There are some things that you should know before your interview to make sure that you're ready and prepared for the process.

The first thing to do is to research the company and ensure it's a good fit for you. This will help you understand what they're looking for in their employees, so you'll know what questions to ask them during the interview.

This is where companies like Eyetastic Services can come in and help you throughout the process. Remember that we are here to help by ensuring that you and the employers will be a good fit plus, we are all Eye Care Professionals, so this is your chance to ask us questions to be prepared😀

It will also help with your confidence, as knowing more about the company will give you more ideas of how your skills will be utilized there. The next thing is to research the interviewer or hiring manager who sets up the interview with you so that you can prepare any questions they might have and ask questions in return.

When you are ready for an interview, you should be able to answer these questions:

  • Who are you professionally?

  • Why are you interested in this position?

  • What do you know or want to know about the company?

  • What do you know about the team or team members that might be interviewing you?

  • What is your current salary, and what would your desired salary be?

Remember, keep it fun, as employers love energy. And above all, Be Eyetastic! 👁️💗👀
